Other questions are more commerically sensitive in nature and clients and contacts feel more comfortable asking such questions in a more private manner. Caveats and Limitations

1. Your question will be routed to a Senior or Principal Consultant most suited to address your question. They are however busy people and no guarantees are provided with respect to response times.
2. By default, responses will be provided to the e-mail address submitted, unless you provide a telephone number and indicate that we can contact you by telephone.
3. Guidance and advice is provided free of charge, without contract, guarantee or warranty. Usual professional services terms and conditions do not apply and Business & Decision cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from following any guidance or advice where provided outside of a professional services contract.
4. Business & Decision reserves the right not to respond to spurious requests, or where questions are submitted by competitors and a response would divulge intellectual property or other commercially sensitive information.
5. Where registration is requested, all subscription services will initially be enabled (see Subscripton services). Subscription options may be changed at any time.
